Lorraine O’Neill, DScPT, WCS, C/NDT
Dr. O’Neill is a physical therapist and founder of O’Neill Physical Therapy Services. She received her doctorate Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maryland. She has over 35 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy with a specialization in treating people with low back pain. Lorraine is also Board Certified in women’s health physical therapy. She has advanced training in treating children and adults with neurological impairments, adults with vertigo, osteoporosis and incontinence as well as children with torticollis. Dr. O’Neill has traveled extensively nationwide teaching professional courses on urinary incontinence and osteoporosis.
Lorraine has one adult son. In her spare time, she enjoys white water kayaking, roller blading, skiing, gardening, travelling and quilting.
Brenda DeSutter-Gue, PT, LMT
Brenda received her physical therapy education at Bradley University in Illinois. In addition to her physical therapy certification she also holds a National Certification in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. Brenda treats a wide variety of orthopedic, neurological and women’s health diagnosis.
She keeps up to date on new treatment techniques through her American Physical Therapy Association membership. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, cooking, watching movies and scrapbooking.
Julie Coblentz, PT, DPT
Julie graduated from Shenandoah University in 2012 with her Bachelors of Science in University Studies. She went on to attend graduate school at Shenandoah where she graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2014. Julie practices PT in outpatient services orthopedics as well as inpatient acute care. She has been practicing in these settings since 2014.
In her spare time, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband, Travis. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family. Her other interest include traveling, reading, cooking, and watching hockey.
Crystal McDonald, DPT
Dr. Chrystal McDonald is a graduate of the Shenandoah University Physical Therapy program. She holds a doctorate degree inPhysical Therapy. She practiced physical therapy full time in an outpatient orthopedic setting for 7 years prior to transitioning into physical therapy education. Dr. McDonald is currently the Program Coordinator of the Physical Therapist Assistant program of Blue Ridge Community and Technical College in Martinsburg, WV. She enjoys working PRN hours at O’Neill Physical therapy.
Dr. McDonald enjoys treating vestibular dysfunction, low back pain in pregnancy, and a wide variety of other orthopedic conditions.
Hobbies include reading, hiking with her dog, and tap dancing.
Leigh Martin, PTA
Leigh graduated from Penn State University where she received her Associates Degree in Science from Penn State in 1989. She joined O’Neill Physical Therapy in 1992. Leigh has a wide range of experience working with people of with varied diagnosis. She enoy's meeting with and assisting her patients with meeting their physical therapy goals.
Leigh is married and has 4 children. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, hiking, kayaking, gardening and scrapbooking.
Jennifer Robertson, PTA, LMT
Jennifer has been with O’Neill Physical Therapy since 1995. She received her Associates Degree in Science from Penn State University in 1993. In addition to her Physical Therapy Assistant certification, she is nationally certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
Jenn is married with 3 children. She enjoys going to sporting events, four-wheeling and snowboarding with her family.
Michelle Bushneck, PTA
Michelle received her Bachelor's in Excercise Science in 2002 from the University at Buffalo. She then decided to pursue a career in rehabilitation, going on to attend Onondaga Community College with her Associates from the Physical Therapy Assistant program in 2004. In the past 14 years, Michelle has worked in the outpatient setting in a variey of different clinics on the east coast receiving her licenses in NY, PA, VA and MD. Michelle enjoys working with athlete's as well as the general population to return them to their prior level of function.
In her spare time, Michelle enjoys running, online scrapbooking, traveling and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
Donna Carder, Office Manager
Donna joined O’Neill Physical Therapy in 1995 as a part-time employee filling in for office staff on an as needed basis. At that time she still owned and operated a gift basket business which was her dream. However, as she began to work more in the office, it was time to move forward, close her business and begin a career that would become front office manager. She also co-founded the daycare center at the YMCA in 1979 where she worked for 12 years. She has absolutely loved the diversity and satisfaction in all three of her careers.
Vanessa Vance, Front Office
Vanessa joined the front office staff at O’Neill Physical Therapy in September of 2014. She enjoys welcoming and interacting with patients and watching how patient progress throughout their therapy.
Vanessa has two daughters and one granddaughter. She enjoys spending time with her family as well as watching movies, spending time outside, and doing photography as a hobby.
Sandie Grantham, Insurance/Billing Office
Sandie joined O’Neill Physical Therapy in 1995. She is the medical coding and billing specialist which includes obtaining patient benefits, authorizations and also the processing of insurance claims, patient billing and accounts receivable.
Sandie is married to Gary and has two children, Natalie and Garrett. She enjoys trips to Washington DC to visit her daughter and traveling to her son’s college basketball games with family and friends.
Jacki Hord, Insurance/Billing Office
Jacki began working for O’Neill Physical Therapy in the insurance/billing office in 2004. After leaving for a brief time, she rejoined the office in 2011.
She is married with one daughter.
