Most work injuries can be prevented by properly stretching and warming up muscles before beginning vigorous work activities. Proper body mechanics and lifting techniques help to prevent most back and neck injuries. If you do get injured at work, O'Neill Physical Therapy offers a variety of services to treat your injuries. Physical Therapists can also educate workers on how to prevent injuries in their work setting. Injuries include but are not limited to:
